Archipelago buffet

Now it's finally time for our much-requested Archipelago Buffet, a popular attraction on Ulvön!
Here, we mix local ingredients and traditions with seasonal flavors to create summer magic. On the buffet you can find herring and smoked fish, chicken from Norrlandsfågel, pork from Gården in Långsjön and meatloaf made from minced meat from mountain cows from Bjärtrå. Among other things!
Lunch is offered in two sittings 11:45-13:00 or 13:15-14:30, and we recommend that you book a table in advance to ensure you get a seat.
