Our fermented herring tasting is suitable for both experienced fermented herring lovers and beginners.
One of our chefs will guide you and your group through the history of fermented herring and prepare a fermented herring sandwich each.
Each booked tasting is valid for up to 10 people. If you are between 11 and 20 people, you need to buy 2 tastings. And if you are between 21 and 30 people, you buy 3 tastings.
